Information for Participants: . It is preferred that displays are stand
alone as we have a limited number of tripods available. . Tables will be
available for those who have stand alone displays.. Ample wall space will be
available for those who are able to hang a poster.. Tripods will be provided
on a first come first serve basis.. Displays should be self-explanatory and
include an introduction, key points, illustrations, and a summary. . The
room will be available at 3:30pm for set-up. The room will need to be
cleared by 6:00pm.
