Dear Registry Contributor,
 
This is a quick reminder that the Grand River Conservation Authority is currently compiling the 17th annual edition of the Grand Actions Registry.  If possible, we would very much appreciate receiving your updated Registry entry (including 2011 activities) by the end of June.  If you are unable to submit your entry by the end of June but would still like to contribute, just let me know when to expect your entry.
 
You can access your last entry through the GRCA’s online system.  I have included your user name and password in this email.  The best way to log in is to cut and paste the username and password into the appropriate line.  To log into the system, please use the following link:  http://www.grandriver.ca/GRANDACTIONSREGISTRATION/LogOn.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fGrandActionsRegistration.  
 
To update your previous entry, you first need to save it to your computer.  Once you have made your changes and saved it to your computer, you can upload the completed file to the online system.  You will receive a confirmation that we have received your updated entry.
 
If you would prefer not to use the online system, we can still correspond through email.  Just let me know if you’d like me to send you a copy of your previous entry.  You can then send your updated version to me through email at grandactionsregistry at grandriver.ca.
 
We very much appreciate your continued support for the Grand Actions Registry and your on-going commitments to improve the heritage and health of the Grand River watershed.  Please let me know if I can facilitate your entry submission in any way.
