Dear Registry Contributor,
This is a reminder that we are currently in the process of compiling our 17th edition of the Grand Actions Registry – hopefully the biggest and best yet!  Erin Gouweleeuw, a WLU co-op student, has been hired to help compile the registry entries.  If you have already submitted an entry describing your 2011 activities/events, Erin will be in touch to confirm your information and obtain final approval for publication.
If you have not already submitted, we look forward to receiving your update by June 30th.  We have introduced a new automated system for updating your Registry entry.  This system will allow you to download your previous entry, change it, and upload your revised entry on-line (along with any attachments such as photos or supplemental information).  To use this system, you will need to use the account name and password which is printed below.  Please keep your account name safe.  If you should forget your password, you can request a new password on-line.
We hope that this new automated system will be easy to use and more convenient for you.  However, if you experience problems using the automated system or would rather submit via email, please feel free to contact either Erin or myself at grandactionsregistry at grandriver.ca.  We will email your 2011 (or most recent previous) entry(ies) to you to update and return.
We very much appreciate your continued support for the Grand Actions Registry and your on-going commitments to improve the heritage and health of the Grand River watershed.  We will look forward to hearing from you in the near future, either through the website access or by email.
