[GREN-Exec] financial help for TriTag

I would agree.  I think that $200 feels about right and is consistent with previous assistance to other groups/causes.

I know the TriTAG folks would really appreciate it.  I've tried to help them out personally with expenses recently and this would mean a lot to them.
