Ok. How about this? Send this email to the GREN list:

 

Since one of GREN's goals is to work with other groups and individuals that
share common goals, we have been in conversation with TriTag (pro-LRT
group). Turns out their next meeting was already planned for Tues. Jan.
18/11. They cannot change their meeting location  at Whole-Lot-A-Gelata in
Waterloo, where seating is limited, so please RSVP to susan at gren.ca by
Thurs. Jan. 13 if you are definitely coming to the next GREN meeting so we
can determine if it's possible for GREN to meet there with them, with our
guest speaker Jeff Casello.

We have to stay at the Working Centre because I am sure we will have more
than the 20 that Susan said would be reasonable at the other place.
