[GREN-Exec] FW: [exec] FW: [All] Special GREN meeting on Regional Waterloo Light Rail Transit - January 18

We need to make a decision about whether we are going to hold our January
meeting at the Working Centre or at Whole Lot-A-Gelata in Waterloo. The real
question is whether we think a space for 30 people maximum will be large
enough. We didn¹t get much of an answer from Tim when we asked him how many
people he expected out from TriTag. I am guessing that we will have around
20 people out from GREN.

Certainly not 30; and we expect to more or less have the venue to ourselves.
I don't know what your meeting numbers usually look like, but I know that if
we have more than 30 people show up to an organizational meeting about LRT
then we have what one might call in another context "rich people problems."

In the winter, Whole Lot-A Gelata, which also makes delicious sandwiches and
coffee beverages, normally closes around 8 on Tuesdays unless open later by
request, which is the case here.
