[GREN-Exec] addition to GREN agenda

I don't think we should be actively assisting a political party.  We probably have GREN members who belong to a number of different parties, and their voting will probably be different as well, because of the larger amount of strategic voting that is going on this election.  The Green Party should host it on their own.  GREN members should feel free to help them as individuals, and I think it is ok for GREN to notify  its mailing list about the dance.  But I don't think GREN as an organization should officially sponsor events of political parties.

Hi GREN exec,
If I make it to the GREN meeting this week, it won’t be until about 8:50 at the earliest, so can you please add this to the agenda:

Linette from the Green Party wants to know if GREN wants to co-host another dance/fundraiser/silent auction of re-gifted, gently used items. I’m up for working with her to organize it, but want to make sure that everyone is OK with it being co-hosted with a political party. Might be a fun end-of-the-year event for at least some GREN members. If you’re fine with it, can you also identify any conflicting dates?
