[GREN-Exec] GREN meeting on Tuesday April 19?

I am proposing a GREN membership meeting for next Tuesday. The reason for
trying to do it so quickly is so we can move forward on the LRT proposal. It
is also an opportunity to update on other issues as well as follow-up on
last weeks meeting.

Are you fine with holding that meeting. I chose Tuesday because it is the
only evening I am available next week ­ except Monday. Are there items you
want added ­ or subtracted ­ from the agenda?

I have not confirmed the meeting location yet. I talked to Steven this
morning, but he wasn¹t at the Working Centre so he wasn¹t able to confirm. I
am off to Washington, D.C. in an hour and won¹t be back until Thursday
evening. I would like to get the notice out asap so I am hoping that Susan K
can send out the notice once the room is confirmed.

Susan K, if Steven leaves a message I¹ll send you an e-mail. If I haven¹t
told you he confirmed by noon tomorrow, can you give him a call at
1-519-760-6791 to see if the Working Centre is available.
