[GREN-Exec] Agenda and Presentation

Hi John and exec-

 

I'm just home from a week away, including away from e-mail. I'll present our
water stuff tomorrow evening. Basically, I'll summarize the work of the
pipeline committee---the BIG picture. Is that the idea? Are you thinking 5
minutes or more like 10 for each GREN topic?

No one has responded to the agenda that I put together for our presentation.
No one has said whether they are willing to speak where I assigned you and
no one made suggestions for who should speak on the other parts - or if we
could combine them and not have so many speakers. Please respond asap. Also
remember that we don't want to make this presentation be too long.

Does agenda look fine? Who should we ask to speak to the parts of our
presentation that I haven't assigned yet? Or do you want to switch to
different parts?
