We used Survey Monkey so I don't know how easy it is to send a reminder
notice only to those who didn't respond. 

 

Also, I think the response - or not! - of candidates speaks volumes as to
their seriousness about being a candidate, and concern for the environment. 

 

Just realized there are a few candidates who only listed phone numbers and
they haven't been called - like Claudette Millar and Jane Brewer. Should we
bother?

Wow, I would agree that is an excellent response so far!

 

Do we want to sent a reminder notice to the candidates we haven't heard
from?  

 

Also, we should make sure the GREN membership is aware of the number of
candidates coming - we need to ensure strong attendance and that the
candidates don't outnumber the citizens in the room.

 

I'll plan to bring some cookies and other sweets.

I think we'll need to supplement these wonderful contributions to make sure
there is enough and we'll need to buy tea/coffee, juice etc. so there is
certainly the need to spend some GREN money.  Catering is insanely
expensive..

have no idea about a projector but could try to get one.

 

We'll need to cater the meeting: I suggest using GREN money.
