[GREN-Exec] Minutes required

Strangely enough, I have no record of minutes from that meeting - I found
Feb.'s which noted that elections would be in March, but I have no minutes
in my sent, received or GREN folders - email or document. Curious. Was that
the same meeting that the Transition Town people spoke?
