[GREN-Exec] GREN May Meeting date

Hi John-

 

It's great that the gravel-focused meeting is coming together. 

 

My only concern about skipping a May meeting is that by then we should have
our pipeline material prepared and could share and discuss it with the
larger membership. But that's also easily done by e-mail, leaving time for
comments and buy-in, without a meeting. So if no one else has issues to
discuss face to face, I'm fine with having the June meeting stand in for
both May and June.

The May dates that we had proposed don't work for the people organizing the
gravel meeting. We have finally settled on a June 3 meeting, which works for
everybody. It sounds like an exciting meeting with a lot of community
involvement.

The question we must now decide on is do we still want a May and later in
June meeting as well as the June 3 meeting? We currently have a meeting
scheduled for May 20 but no plans (that was to be the gravel meeting) and we
have a meeting set for June 16, again without plans.

Should we let the June 3 meeting replace both of these meetings or do we
still want to proceed with a separate May meeting?

What are your thoughts?
