Hi Susan,

It's indeed on a very short notice (and it's also Friday 13th!) and we should discuss it at least in the Exec forum.

Hi Susan, David and Don,

I am writing you because The WARMER Project is applying to the Region of Waterloo Arts Fund for support for JAMCYCLE, an interactive site-specific dance-theatre adventure on bicycles, and we are looking for community partners..  We have drafted a letter (see attached), and I was wondering if the Grand River Environment Network would be interested in being involved in some way as a partner (eg.invite participation through your network in the workshops and the final performance, endorsement, promotion, space, etc.) in the project.

We need to get the grant application in by today Friday the 13th, and so, ideally having a letter would be the best, and, if that is not possible at this late hour, even an indication of an interest in partnership would be helpful, too.

Yours in the cycle of finding funding for the arts,

Tanya
