Here's a note for GREN members, but I'll go through you to do it because I wanted to give you the wording I got from my solicitor in regards to diclaimers. In this case it's a simple disclaimer on behalf of JustEarth to protect them from issues related to the content of the Minutes of the Meeting from Peter Braid ie: content accuracy etc. I should have tagged that on initially but forgot. 
 
This is a good format for GREN correspondence too. Just customize it when ever you need it. Works good for website content too.
