[GREN-Exec] LRT Presentation

How do we want to proceed now on the Light Rail Transit issue. I haven¹t
registered to speak on behalf of GREN because I wasn¹t sure that we would
have a united position. What is your sense of things from the comments you
have seen. Do you think we can go ahead and present a GREN view.

If we are to speak, I need to know right away because Thursday is the last
day to register. We can still submit it in writing if we don¹t make the
deadline for speaking.
