[GREN-Exec] Minutes GREN Exec. Apr. 9/09

Hi all,

The minutes of the last 2 meetings were not easily decipherable here. They
were in a specific Microsoft Windows format. We do not use Windows. We use
open source/linux.

*Suggestion*: send out minutes as .pdf file which everyone can read with the
free downloadable adobe reader software.

Does everyone have the ability to make/read .pdfs?

Personally, I do not send .doc formats into cyberspace for several reasons:

   - It can be edited
   - Personal information from source can be traced
   - Whether you can open or not depends on specific operating system and
   word processor software

Pdfs only require free adobe reader program to decode which available for
all computer platforms.
