It will speed up approval and construction of Highway #413 by removing the environmental assessments despite how negatively the highway will impact the Greenbelt and so much farmland. The new limitations and removal of much-needed bike lanes is equally absurd.</div><div><br></div></div><div><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Despite the Ford government fast-tracking this Bill, opposition continues to mount against it.
