The only reason some many municipalities are announcing these massive expansions now is to meet these absurd projectionss of needing this land decades from now.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>This should be required reading for every Councillor and municipal staff.
