Although this webinar has a family focus, we encourage everyone who has an interest in problems with plastics to register and participate.<br></div><div><br></div><div>The webinar will include the screening of <b>"Kids can save the planet: Plastic is forever"</b>, a 20 minute documentary produced and created by 13 year old Dylan D'Haeze. The film will be followed by presentations by local youth climate advocate, Chase Oudshoorn, and Deanna Dakin, Waste Management Coordinator, Region of Waterloo; and a Q&A. The Nith Valley EcoBoosters is excited about including local young people in the program by having them submit video or audio clips that demonstrate their concern about plastic pollution. Some of the submissions will be featured during the webinar and more will be displayed on the NVEB website and YouTube channel.
