Activa just cancelled a major condo development called Avenue M between Queen and Margaret in Kitchener. Why not rethink that property for this use? It has transit, existing infrastructure and roads. It would be better for taxpayers if we put the jobs in a location where infrastructure and supporting shops already exist.
