 find attached a sign on letter to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and
 Housing Steve Clark regarding these changes to the Growth Plan. This letter 
will also be sent to Minister Yurek (MECP), Minister Yakabuski (MNRF),  
the Commissioner of the Environment, leaders of other political parties
