Prime Minister & Chiefs</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">I have been talking with Indigenous Groups and Canadian judiciary groups, policy folks etc. to see what we can do to advance solutions for First Nations communities swiftly without breaking apart the fabric of nationhood constructs. By far one of the easiest solutions that have surfaced from the observation of a friend of mine and I is the simple logic that education, health, environmental policy, MOE and MNR laws and building codes which currently fall under Provincial jurisdictions, needs to be under Federal Jurisdictions. These all relate to live saving policies.</div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">The system in the past was designed for tax evasion, weaker environmental fines and cheap exploitation of the lands and resources and to kettle us from the rights and liberties of other people but now we know that's not reasonable or affordable to do. </div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">If you are going to protect a river and the fish in it, the laws to protect that entire system must be consistent. Rivers cross First Nations and Provincial so it has to be federal. With health care and education it is economically beneficial to everyone to simply provide it. </div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">I made the call today to Catherine Fife and Bardish to support the idea of moving these laws to federal jurisdiction and I'd like to ask in writing, please support this too. We can all remain who we all are and continue to do what we do without having to undo the fabric of nationhood. </div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div dir="ltr" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Instead of having a federal ministers, create a federal committees with Provincial Reps, Indigenous Reps and a Federal Reps with a rotating leader as spokes person to represents the whole. Proceed as a united body as Ministry not a one single person having to feeling the pressure of social media alone.. A group is more expensive to bribe than a single individual and having mixed genders and mixed backgrounds is a strength because we have more wisdom to tape into. A group has more thought process to include diverse views, not just a single point of view.
