He provided me with the document you see in the attachments which I provided in turn, to the Ontario Security Exchange for review. The document was then passed on to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and it relates to the Paris Accord and the mountain of evidence showing climate risks were very well understood globally. I did relay this to the Alberta Energy Regulator back in 2016 but they refused to investigate this. The result of the document was that the Superintendent of Financial Institution recommended that companies give financial risk disclosure however it wasn't a mandatory condition in Canada.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I also mentioned during yesterday's presentation on Nov. 19 that parent companies are not contractually obligated to life up to the terms made by their subsidiary companies. There was no NEB review on the sale of the pipe or the transfer of a Canadian tax free MLP to a US based company. My interview with the National Observer regarding this matter is online here: <span><a href="https://www.nationalobserver.com/2015/08/20/news/controversial-pipeline-changing-hands" class="ydp5c8bf7a5yiv6611276766" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.nationalobserver.com/2015/08/20/news/controversial-pipeline-changing-hands</a></span></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Even though Enbridge Pipeline Inc. no longer owned the Eastern Mainline pipelines, I was a delegated of NEB Line 10 hearings in Hamilton and I witnessed how the NEB hearing took place on the premise that Enbridge Pipeline Inc. still owned the physical pipeline and later on, I provided written comment in a review regarding the sale of this same pipeline from Enbridge Pipeline Inc. to a US owned shell company called Westover Express. There was no mention of the fact Enbridge Income Fund owned this asset during the NEB hearing. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Years back I secured the only Certificate of Public Need bound to Enbridge Line 9. This was provided to me by NEB chair Peter Watson. As you can see Enbridge's name isn't even on it. Does Enbridge have any "contractual obligations" for what happens to the pipelines? How can they be allowed to even touch the pipe without these permits in hand? </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">It was Imperial Oil who created Enbridge and the main ownership of Imperil Oil by way of share ownership, is ExxonMobile. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Canada has 20% risk exposure to Tar Sands. The first page speaks on how the report wasn't even made public because the Ethics Commissioner has "no jurisdictional power" to do that.
