I'm off to the cottage as well. I responded to each of your points in the letter and other email. I have also sent a detailed response to the submission through Gord that has at least 12 points in it. Several items are also recommendations in the master plan. Please keep in mind that you, Gord and others are often way ahead in your thinking and expectations. There is much more work and etails to come throughout the process. This is only an early stage.

Also, I appreciate your time and effort to provide input. I am doing what I can on this project which is beyond my normal duties. So that you are aware, in the development process there are usually no individual responses and just a summary in a report at the end. For this planning project I did not feel that would suffice so have gone well beyond the normal practice.

<p>This general letter sent to stakeholders is very unsatisfactory. I have made numerous specific points in several submissions. These have not been addressed in a specific manner. Apparently I erred when in my last submission I merely asked for consideration by staff. </p>
<p>Accordingly, I ask you and staff to review all of my submissions and each of the items raised and respond to each in a meaningful way. This includes the concerns raised in a submission from Mr. Gord Nicolls et al.</p>
<p>I have publicly complimented the planning department in informing interested parties and stakeholders at an early stage. Nevertheless, having been involved and taken a significant interest in this area for decades that has involved City, Regional and Provincial levels of government, I expect my thoughtful and sincere submissions to be taken as seriously as the time and effort that I undertook in drafting various matters relevant to the secondary plan for Hidden Valley.</p>
<p>I seek a response as soon as possible in advance of June 12th.</p>
