How Indigenous consultation and consultation with shippers took place before the purchaser, Westover Express was legally incorporated. </div><div style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">2. The millions of dollars being lost by both oil producers and the Province of Alberta because firms like Enbridge are allowing "air barrels" to replace actual oil shipments. The practice lets companies over purchase space on the pipeline artificially control prices as they make royalties cheaper by flooding the market with non existent product. This issue relates specifically to Enbridge's Mainline system which includes, Enbridge Line 10 and Line 9 among other pipelines.
