<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Hi folks</div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">I just made submissions to the NEB tonight</div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Enbridge Income Fund is being bought out by Enbridge and the current NEB sale regarding Line 10 (which is an asset owned by Enbridge Income Fund) is basically with an entity going out of business. This feeds into the possibility they were simply abandoning all responsibility for these pipes after the sale. I am asking that the sale of Line 10 happen only after the pipeline asset has been properly given back to the parent company Enbridge. </div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">My letter of comment and supporting docs are here: <a href="https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A94079" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="">https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A94079</a></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">The second letter of comment regards the fact the solicitor for Westover Express lied to the National Energy Board about parent company United Refining Company (URC). In their motion asking for "confidentiality" they stated:</div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b><br></b></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><b>URC is a privately held company and does not publish annual reports or report it's finances, or otherwise make this financial information available to the public. </b></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">If one actually visits the United Refining Company website here: <a href="http://www.urc.com/investor_relations/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://www.urc.com/investor_relations/</a> and look under the term Investor relations you will see the term SEC Filings. Click there and click the links provided you will find they post all their quarterly and annual reports online, using Edgar Search on the SEC website. This is Public Information. For the solicitor of Westover Express to suggest otherwise is highly questionable to put it mildly. </div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">You can view my submission for this issue here: </div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><a href="https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A94080" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="">https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A94080</a><br></div><div><br></div><div>Lulu </div><div><br></div><div style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><br></div></div></body></html>
