<p class="MsoNormal">Just to update. Tom’s wife passed away after a short battle with brain cancer. Not only was Tom a City of Kitchener Councillor but his eldest son Michael as well. Kelly has been on Kitchener Council for 3 terms.

<p class="MsoNormal">Maybe time for a change. </p>
