We had been forewarned that such an invitation would be coming to GREN and at our February GREN meeting decided that we would nominate Greg M as our member. The invitation came and I have just submitted Greg's name. <div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The initial mandate for the <i class="">raresites</i> that Greg will be part of is to:</div><div class=""><ul class="MailOutline"><li class="">develop a conservation land securement strategy, and</li><li class="">develop criteria for properties to be pursued or accepted.</li></ul><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The land trust is an important step forward for the region and I am pleased that GREN has been included. Thanks to Kevin for playing an important role in developing the trust and ensuring our involvement.
