Enbridge calls the process a pipeline replacement when in fact it's actually a pipeline abandonment and installation within the same right of way, parallel to the old line according to Enbridge's own info. </div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr">Previously this line ruptured with the same PE tape failure issue as the Kalamazoo and so it's been under scrutiny with several orders to remedy issues but to date I see a lack of evidence to suggest the orders were ever resolved. We are talking about the lack of permits for discharge to air and water at Westover terminal, lack of backup generators, lack of alarm systems and failure of emergency communication systems with Edmonton. I know for a fact there are EZEflow valves at Westover terminal because I have the technical documents to prove it. The NEB recently issued orders for companies to disclose the placement of valves made by this company because they are known to be substandard and faulty so these are serious risks. </div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr">When I get my responses I will let you know what was said. My questions are now on public record with the NEB and neither Enbridge nor the NEB have any plausible deniability on these issue. They must answer these questions before approval. </div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr">My questions are in the attachments for your reference.</div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yiv5793878767yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469657618507_34004" dir="ltr">Lulu :0)</div></div></div></div><br><br></div> </div> </div> </div></div></body></html>
