<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">On May 30<sup>th</sup> the first draft of a new Zoning By-law (Component B) will be tabled at a Kitchener committee of Council in order to get Council’s direction to undertake community and stakeholder engagement.
<b>No formal decisions will be made at this meeting.</b> The new Zoning By-law will be delivered over several components. The Comprehensive Review of the Zoning By-law (CRoZBy project) components include:<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The tabling of the first draft of the new Zoning By-law (Component B) on May 30th will launch the formal public review and commenting period which will go until August 2016. Two public presentation and drop-in
sessions will be held on June 22<sup>nd</sup> and 28<sup>th</sup> from 4-8p.m. at City Hall in the Conestoga Room (Ground Floor). The purpose of these sessions is to provide highlights of the CRoZBy process and First Draft through a staff presentation. Staff
will also be available to answer questions and receive comments. <b>Written comments will be accepted until August 26<sup>th</sup>, 2016</b> through the following email:

owners and stakeholders prior to the release of subsequent drafts of Component A. The timing of further communications regarding Component A is still being determined.
