A developer wanted to turn two luxury properties into a 40 unit townhouse project in the area of Hidden Valley Drive. The data I submitted identifies 23 endangered species found in the Hidden Valley Area. To allow any amendment in the are prior to the Ministry's decision, would be in my view, premature. Critical habitat delineation is not yet in place for many species, so in response I'm providing the City of Kitchener with a copy of my Part II order request for good measure. </div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1466039457406_4955"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1466039457406_4955">The developer is threatening to use the OMB. </div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1466039457406_4955"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1466039457406_4955">Council is voting to approve their decision on June 24th so I want to make sure they have a copy of the Part II submission in hand.
