That's not the right person to contact." I continued to ask for Mr. Watson's email and he continued to refuse to provide it so finally I told him "What you are doing is an obstruction of justice. I am working with the OPP and the RCMP to inform them of my concern. I need Mr. Watson's email. If you don't give it you are blocking me. What is your name. I demanded his name again and he told me it was Philip Marquis. He still refused to give me the email but he forwarded my call to the secretary of Mr. Watson instead.</div><div dir="ltr" id="yiv6522317929yui_3_16_0_1_1440777785227_3391"><br clear="none"></div><div dir="ltr" id="yiv6522317929yui_3_16_0_1_1440777785227_3391">When I spoke to the secretary I started with the simple question.
