(Just to become a participant to the hearing is a 10 page application form...) I don't know who put the green check marks in this but it is rather handy to flag the most outrageous omissions of the project. Whoever filled this out clearly assumed the reversal of flow was limited to only the pumping station without any regard for actual offsite impacts. This is represents the very root of the Line 9 issues. The fact it was actually approved is a travesty that goes beyond common sense to but they did the same thing again with Line 9B.
