Robert,<br><p>Move to Amend coalition
members, local affiliate groups, and individual members are an
impressive group of people. Thanks to our combined efforts, we are
changing the public debate about the role of corporations in our
democracy. </p>

knew <strong>the only response to corporate rule was an all-out
grassroots effort to build a movement</strong> with enough power to
match the vast treasuries of multi-national corporations. </p><p>We do have a huge advantage over corporations in that their
treasuries are <strong>no match for an emboldened and enlightened
citizenry demanding change</strong>. That said, Move to Amend still
requires funding for our programs and services. We are $16,000 short
of our funding goals the first quarter of the year, which ends March
31. <br><br><strong><a href="http://movetoamend.nationbuilder.com/donate?e=b1f05c0c7f7f6d0b411eca1b5473537adf85793b&utm_source=movetoamend&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1stquarterfund&n=5" target="_blank">Please contribute so we can support our local
affiliates, continue to grow, and spread the 28th Amendment campaign
message far and wide.</a></strong></p><p>Our membership has grown to over 330,000 people. <strong>We have
150 local affiliates across the United States. </strong>Over 500
communities have passed resolutions or ballot initiatives calling for
a Move to Amend. And dozens of communities are currently working on
resolutions and ballot initiatives this year.</p><p><em><a href="http://movetoamend.nationbuilder.com/donate?e=b1f05c0c7f7f6d0b411eca1b5473537adf85793b&utm_source=movetoamend&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1stquarterfund&n=6" target="_blank">Please help us raise $16,000 before Monday so we don't

communities. Our rapid growth requires us to train exponentially more

Amend affiliates have all the tools and resources they need to
succeed. These hires will fill the gaps in our ability to be more
responsive to the needs of our affiliates and the development of new
