My pal Nancy Goucher, Kitchener native and now Water Program Manager at Environmental Defence asked that I share info about a motion before Kitchener City Council tomorrow evening to have the city endorse / support the Ontario Great Lakes Protection Act currently before the provincial legislature. <br>
