It is view a blessing that we have the chance to review this matter again in light of the sworn testimony as presented at the National Energy

style="background-color:transparent;">-There is
the need to craft localized pipeline rupture responses for municipalities along line 9 including the disclosure by municipalities to Enbridge on the location of storm water sewers, well intake zones and other risks along the route.</div><div style="font-size:12pt;background-color:transparent;"><span style="background-color:transparent;font-size:12pt;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div style="background-color:transparent;">-MNR data regarding Seismic risks of Eastern Canada indicates that <span style="background-color:transparent;font-size:12pt;">Chalk River Nuclear Power Station is built in an area of high seismic activity. We should encourage a review of the system to address these risks and make sure systems are in place to prevent accidents.</span></div><div style="background-color:transparent;"><br clear="none"></div><div style="background-color:transparent;">-The Proposed Lake Huron Deep repository is in proximity to Karst Moraine systems and
Earthquake

shallow. There is often a
failure to illustrate delta water levels associated with spring thaw and a lack of 12 month creek analysis to show flow and flow rates. Improvements must be made in these areas if we are to secure reasonable baseline data. </span></div><div style="background-color:transparent;"><span style="background-color:transparent;"><br clear="none"></span></div><div style="background-color:transparent;"><span style="background-color:transparent;">- Years back I reviewed the work of David Roewade who is an employee with the Region of Waterloo's Sustainability Office, has identified trends that indicate a</span><span style="background-color:transparent;"> flood year/drought year cycle in the Waterloo Region area. The Data he has gathered raises the concern that there is a need to apply a 24 month data modelling for planning projects to secure better quality data. </span></div><div style="background-color:transparent;"><br clear="none"></div><div
style="background-color:transparent;">-There is a need to call for the Crown to delegate a mediator to review the concerns of the 18 First Nation's communities along the route of Line 9.
