My typing errors were many. Auto text shifted abolishment to abashment etc. I  also removed the reference to Stantec but instead bound the cases to reflect the consistant patterns of flawed EAs rather than focus on one particular company.  The situation is a system wide flaw, not particularly bound to one company. </div>
