<br><b>Right now, a series of underground oil blowouts are happening at a tar sands operation in Alberta.</b> The spills have been going on for at least 6 weeks with no end in sight, and have already killed beavers, birds and ducks. Over 4,500 barrels of oil have been recovered in addition to 3 million litres of contaminated water laden with hydrocarbons.<br><br>Even though industry doesn’t seem to understand how to cap these spills, it is planning to massively expand this kind of in situ tar sands development. We need to ask some difficult questions about the safety of this kind of extraction and Canadians need answers now.<br><br><b>Please share this now to help spread the word...</b><br><br><b><span style="font-size:15px;">‘Nobody understands’ spills at Alberta oil sands operation</span></b><br><br><b>Link to share:<br><br></b><a rel="nofollow" target="_blank"
