The Ontario government wants to punch a hole through its Endangered Species Act. A hole the size of a bulldozer, feller-bunch or dump truck. <br>
<br><a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://action2.davidsuzuki.org/stop-the-exemptions/?utm_source=AdaptiveMailer&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2012_en_Ontario_ESA&org=408&lvl=100&ite=1661&lea=5815610&ctr=0&par=1" style="color:#26797F;text-decoration:none;">Join us in speaking up for our endangered species.</a> <br>

The government has proposed a new loophole that could exempt mining, logging and energy companies from complying with the Act that protects more than 200 of our most threatened species. <br>

Fortunately, there is still time to <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://action2.davidsuzuki.org/stop-the-exemptions/?utm_source=AdaptiveMailer&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2012_en_Ontario_ESA&org=408&lvl=100&ite=1661&lea=5815610&ctr=0&par=1" style="color:#26797F;text-decoration:none;">comment on the proposed exemptions</a>, but <b>only until Monday, January 21.</b> <br>

Tell the government that exempting industry from the Endangered Species Act is reckless and irresponsible. <br>
