Hi All,<BR>"It was the best of times and the worst of times" to borrow from Tale of Two Cities. <BR>I have never been more proud and impressed by the well-informed, eloquent presentations by caring citizens, who spoke at Kitchener Council tonight. <BR>We left shortly before midnight, and council had not voted but I suspect they, at least the majority of them "were not listening then, and did not listen now" to borrow from the song "Vincent". I hope I'm wrong!<BR>Yvonne, you did a great job! The environmental message, the reasonable approach, was heard, and presented through many visions. I hope enough councilors and staff rethought the recommendation. You'll probably know by the time your read this tomorrow.<br>Enormous gratitude to all who work to make this city sustainable for us and all life to come!<BR>Daphne<BR> </div></body>
