During the plebiscite vote regarding the Fluoride use in water
supplies, the Ontario Dental Association represented the pro-fluoride issue, hosting open houses and funding information that promoted the use in the absence of reasonable data to prove it is safe for human consumption. Because they were illegally representing the issue, without having registered with elections Canada, Rob took them to court and WON! When it came time for the Ontario Dental Association to prove in court the product was safe to use, they simply admitted guilt to the charges of violating election laws and it ended the case. Many ecological constraints to the project existed, particularly in regards to the threatened and endangered species including Blandings, Jefferson Salamanders, Queensnakes and cold water trout fisheries. Details of the constraints were published previously and can be read here: </font></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal; "><a

The artice isn't online yet but it states the delay comes as a result of "Alot of negative feedback from the public and government agencies." Developers previously took the matter to the OMB as part of the Doon South Phase II OMB appeal. The road is needed to service the western edges of the subdivision but it is not scheduled to be built for 10
years and the estimated cost ranges from 10 million to 18 million. </div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal; "><br></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal; ">Lulu :0)</div></div></body></html>
