Feb. 06, Part 3, beginning at minute 1:58: <SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-themecolor: text1"><A href="http://www.cbc.ca/asithappens/"><SPAN style="COLOR: black; mso-themecolor: text1">http://www.cbc.ca/asithappens/</SPAN></A></SPAN> interviews Robyn Allan, economist and former CEO of Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC) who ran an economic analysis on Enbridge's Northern Gateway business case and found it a great big thumbs-down for Canadians in general, and, not surprisingly, a great big thumbs up for Enbridge/Big Oil/Big Finance. Allan's report, for those of you who are interested, can be found via the AFL website link above.<BR> <BR>I'm sure there's potential for this to devolve into "our criteria, assumptions and numbers are more credible than your's" and failing that, the Feds/Enbridge/Big Oil/Big Finance will just inundate the media with more pro-Northern Gateway propaganda, but it'll be interesting to see how the P.R. and policy wonks handle this one. </DIV>
