More specifically, it recommends a public-private partnership, with extensive private sector responsibility. The following Tuesday, February 7, at 6pm will be the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="http://regionofwaterloo.ca/en/regionalGovernment/resources/Advertisement-PWFeb72012.pdf" style="text-decoration: none; ">public meeting on LRT procurement</a>.
