(Higher PSI volumes being shipped)</span></div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; "><span>Sending different quality of oil through the pipeline (Ranging from light to heavy crude)</span></div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; "><span>Proximity of pipeline to Great Lakes and potential impacts to water ways</span></div><div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; "><span>This is facilitating more processing of Tar Sands oil in Sarnia.
