guide and manage long-term growth within the Region.<br>Stage 1 of the rapid transit system consists of light rail transit from Conestoga Mall to Fairview Park Mall and adapted bus rapid transit from Fairview Park Mall to the Ainslie Street Terminal. <br><br>As part of the Ontario Regulation 231/08 Transit Project Assessment Process, the Region’s rapid transit team is hosting three public consultation centres. Information will be available at the centres regarding potential impacts that the rapid transit project may have on the environment.
