The integration of creative thinking methods and the SynCon process into our potential Greater Waterloo Innovation District's (WR, GW, SP, BB & WO) future-developing structure would be significant steps towards it manifesting a high-uniqueness <b>Collaborative Innovation Culture.</b> And this would also help create a more <b>Coherent Strategic Direction</b> that helps to rationalize and strengthen our current innovative efforts. <b>But none of this -- and more -- will succeed if the "traditional" (even World-wide) dis-harmonies between academics & non-academics, rich & non-rich, power holders & non-</b><b>power holders</b><b>, etc. continue to exist!!!
