Data shows the massive blooms in Erie are heading EAST to where our projected intake areas are and the massive blooms are growing worse and are expected to get larger with our warm weather this weekend. Right now they are at levels higher that levels seen in the 1960's posing serious risk to humans and ecosystems. The report to support this is in the attachment. The cause appears to be heavy phosphate nitrates and sediment loading entering into the
