The<em> Moraine Can't Wait</em> campaign is designed to bring attention to the serious issues confronting the Moraine that can't wait to be addressed at the 2015 review of the Conservation Plan. These include commercial fill operations, water-taking, infrastructure, transitional applications and barriers to sustainable livelihoods.</span><br>
