   Dear Mr. Bogart and Mr. Cornelisse<br><p><br></p><p>In regards to the confirmed Jefferson Salamanders located within the city of Kitchener Ontario in Hidden Valley, I would like you to respond to the following question.</p><p><br></p><p>Have the scientists on the Jefferson Salamander Recovery Team mapped the location of it’s critical habitat in Hidden Valley and included those maps in a draft recovery strategy in order to clearly identify critical habitat? With the current plan to extend River Road through the forests of Hidden Valley, my objective at this time is to assure that the mapping has taken place in order to assure a reasonable measure of compliance towards Canada’s Species At Risk Act, the Provincial Policy Statement 2005 section 2.1.3 and Regional policies 4.1.2 and 4.2.1. <br></p><p><br></p><p>Please provide me with a written answer via email prior to the May 17, 2011 public open house regarding the River Road Extension. I would
