(Lulu comment: Always good to show we work well with other groups)<br>We've hosted public information displays about Climate Change at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex <br>We've lobbied provincial and federal governments to support biodiversity, water protection and climate change action via petitions and letters.<br>(Lulu comment: GREN signed an open letter to the PM with Climate Change Action Network via the addition of our logo)<br>We attend forums on environmental issues re: GM crops, the GRCA watershed forum, source protection issues and share the information with our members.<br>We contribute funds towards the efforts of concerned

Grand River and its major tributaries (Speed, Eramosa, Nith and Conestogo Rivers), as Canadian Heritage Rivers. The sixteenth edition will highlight actions undertaken during 2010.
